Counseling
Your challenges can feel overwhelming, but you do not need to face them alone.
Whether you are recovering from a traumatic experience, looking to strengthen your relationships, or longing to feel more at peace with yourself, counseling can provide valuable tools, skills, and perspectives to help guide you to a life of value and meaning.
I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where we can work to understand your inner world by gaining a greater understanding of your needs, emotions, and motivations. We focus on building resilience, awareness, and self-compassion to help you respond more intentionally and authentically to your needs and challenges. Through our work together, I hope to help you identify and access your personal power so you can more mindfully create the life you want to live.
My counseling approach is greatly influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which aims to helps you find peace with difficult thoughts and feelings, rather than getting stuck fighting or avoiding them. That way, you can direct your energy toward the things that matter most to you.
