I believe that true growth happens when hope meets efficacy; when we know and love ourselves enough to be willing to take intentional actions that meet our needs and honor our values. A vitality-driven life may not be free of struggle, but is full of understanding and meaning. My role is to facilitate this growth by providing perspective, safety, tools, and skills that clarify needs, values, strengths, and motivations. I aim to help each client embrace hope, see and love themselves more fully, and confidently take steps toward greater joy, fulfillment, and awareness. I do not take this lightly; I am dedicated to providing quality care that will help guide each person toward a life that reflects what they truly value.
My therapeutic approach integrates components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I also employ a brain-based approach rooted in EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback) in order to provide a more holistic and evidence-based pathway to healing.
I completed my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Gonzaga University in 2022. I am trained in EMDR, play therapy techniques, and neurofeedback. I am board certified in neurofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance and have 7+ years of clinical experience providing neurofeedback as both a technician and professional clinician.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I spend my time pursuing my own values: music, theatre, exercise, nature, family, and learning.
